Caring for Your Jan Moore Maison Clothing
Each Jan Moore Maison product is crafted with attention to detail and high-quality fabrics. To keep your garments in excellent condition for a long time, it’s important to follow a few simple care guidelines. Below, you’ll find general care instructions for different materials and fabrics.
Viscose, Polyamide, Elastane (e.g., Dresses, Jumpsuits)
Clothing made from viscose, polyamide, and elastane should be washed in cold water (maximum 30°C) with a mild detergent, avoiding bleach. Ironing should be done at a low temperature (one dot on the iron). Avoid tumble drying and the use of harsh chemicals. Gentle dry cleaning is allowed. These fabrics are best dried flat or hung in the shade to maintain their natural structure.

Tencel (Bamboo)
Tencel products are very delicate, so they should be hand-washed or machine-washed in cold water, up to 30°C. As with other delicate fabrics, avoid bleach, and iron at a low temperature. Gentle dry cleaning is allowed, but tumble drying should be avoided.

Silk
Silk garments require special care. Wash them by hand or on the most delicate cycle in the washing machine, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Avoid bleach, and iron at a low temperature to preserve the delicate nature of the fabric. Gentle dry cleaning is allowed. Always dry silk in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight.

Eco-Leather
Eco-leather products require special care. Do not machine wash—instead, clean them with a damp cloth. Avoid using bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning. Eco-leather should be stored in a dry place, away from heat sources, to maintain its flexibility and appearance.
