SHIPPING
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery carrier will send you an email confirmation with all relevant delivery details. You will be able to follow your shipment directly using the information provided by the carrier.
All orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
European Union
No customs duties or import taxes. EU orders are treated as domestic shipments.
United States
Orders over 800 USD may require formal customs clearance.
Import duties and state taxes (if applicable) are collected by DHL upon delivery.
United Kingdom
No VAT or duties under £135.
Above this amount, 20% VAT is collected upon delivery.
United Arab Emirates
No VAT or duties under 1,000 AED.
Above this amount, 5% VAT may apply.
Other Non-EU Countries
Customs duties and local taxes are not included in the product price and may be collected upon delivery according to local regulations.
DELIVERY
We offer complimentary shipping worldwide.
In the event of a return, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
If an order is refused at delivery:
• shipping costs are non-refundable;
• any duties or taxes charged by customs are non-refundable.
