Returns & Exchanges
1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at janmooreboutique@gmail.com and include the following information:
- Order number
- Full name (first and last name)
- Email address used for the order
- Bank account details for the refund (IBAN / account number, if applicable)
Once your return is approved, please prepare your item securely in its original packaging and send it to our warehouse at:

Please ensure the package is clearly labeled with your name and order number before shipping.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
2. RETURNS
Please note the following return conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a production fault or our error.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if complimentary shipping was offered.
- In the event of a return, the actual shipping cost incurred by Jan Moore Maison will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Once the item is received at our atelier and successfully passes quality control, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Important:
If an item is returned with any signs of wear, including but not limited to stains, odors (perfume, deodorant, smoke), makeup marks, damage, or alterations, Jan Moore Maison reserves the right to refuse the return.
In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
3. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible only for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
Exchange process:
- Please contact us at janmooreboutique@gmail.com, including your order number and requested size.
- After receiving confirmation from our team, the item must be sent back to us.
- Once the item arrives at our atelier and passes quality control, the new size will be shipped.
4. MADE-TO-MEASURE & CUSTOM ORDERS — IMPORTANT NOTICE
Some Jan Moore Maison pieces may be created made-to-measure, based on the client’s individual body measurements or custom requests.
Please note:
- Made-to-measure and custom-made items are final sale.
- Items produced according to the client’s personal measurements are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- This policy applies as each made-to-measure piece is created exclusively for the client and cannot be resold.
By placing an order for a made-to-measure or custom item, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
